TreatOne

TreatOne — BCW Bacteriologically Controlled Water for Healthcare Facilities

TreatOne is a complete water quality control system, designed to meet the requirements of medical facilities with high infection risk. With TreatOne, the water delivered at tap points reaches a bacteriologically controlled level, ensuring maximum safety for healthcare personnel and patients.

TreatOne Features:

A multi-stage filtration, including coarse 5 µm pre-filters, intermediate mesh (1 µm / 0.5 µm), and an absolute 0.2 µm terminal filter, to retain the finest particles and germs.

A permanent loop with UVc irradiation, allowing continuous disinfection of the circulating water.

An automated purge on remote points to prevent stagnation and ensure consistent water quality.

Optional proportional over-chlorination, modulated according to the flow used, to reinforce disinfection if necessary.

Advantages of TreatOne:

  • Ensures water compliant with EBM standards, with a highly controlled bacteriological level.
  • Significant reduction in consumable replacements (terminal filters), thanks to the combination of filtration + daily disinfection.
  • Less time-consuming manual maintenance, eliminating heavy procedures (thermal shocks, chlorination shocks, frequent descaling, etc.).
  • Modular installation, adaptable to site requirements (number of water points, volume, specific use).

Water treatment skids – filtration, UV, chlorine dosing for BCW (Bacteriologically Controlled Water)

In the medical and hospital sector, hygiene control is not limited to equipment or protocols. Water, used daily for handwashing, cleaning, or certain technical applications, must also meet strict safety standards. It is in this context that H2O EQUIPEMENT has developed a range of innovative systems, capable of providing bacteriologically controlled water (EBM), perfectly suited to sensitive environments.

Why is bacteriologically controlled water essential?

Water can be a significant vector of contamination if not properly treated. In hospitals and clinics, the risks related to bacteria (including Legionella) are particularly high. Using safe water, free of unwanted microorganisms, is therefore essential to protect healthcare personnel as well as patients, while complying with current health regulations.

A complete and integrated technology:

The solutions offered by H2O EQUIPEMENT combine several complementary processes:

  • Multi-stage filtration to retain particles and bacteria.
  • UVc disinfection ensuring continuous germ neutralization.
  • Permanent water recirculation, preventing stagnation and reducing risk zones.
  • Proportional over-chlorination options, adapted to the specific needs of each site.

Thanks to this comprehensive approach, the water is treated and monitored continuously, ensuring optimal quality at every point of use.

Concrete benefits for healthcare facilities:

Choosing an EBM system from H2O EQUIPEMENT provides:

  • Reduced infection risks associated with water.
  • Less heavy maintenance, such as thermal shocks or repeated descaling.
  • Improved equipment durability by limiting wear and terminal filter consumption.
  • A solution adaptable to the constraints of each facility, whether a hospital, clinic, or specialized building.

The H2O EQUIPEMENT commitment:

Beyond the simple provision of equipment, H2O EQUIPEMENT supports its clients with technical expertise and personalized follow-up. Each installation is designed to meet on-site constraints and provide reliable, secure water that complies with the strictest standards.
